I'm just gonna list out the benefits of it which again, everyone is quite familiar with it, I believe. 1. It is the most efficient way of achieving fitness through cardiovascular exercise and burns more calories because it is a high impact exercise. 2. The psychological benefits of jogging include confidence and character building, and a boost in attitude ( according to what I had researched on ) Jogging also teaches important lessons of learning to accept defeat and rising to the next challenge with optimism and hope, and clear obstacles. It gives a feeling of empowerment and freedom from knowing you are strong. 3. Jogging also gives u relief from stress as u solve problems as u jog along. You can also get over your anger and aggression. In this manner, jogging is also responsible for training the mind and making u focus and be strong in other areas of life. So, jogging gives u all-round benefits of mind and body, something u cannot shy away from. Ok. Stop the bullshitting now.
